Overview

Respect Victoria encourages employees and members of the public to report known or suspected incidences of corrupt or improper conduct.

The purpose of this document is to describe the procedures for receiving and handling disclosures of improper conduct engaged in and/or detrimental action taken by Respect Victoria and/or its employees.

These procedures have been prepared in accordance with the Protected Disclosure Act 2012 (the Act) and the guidelines of the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC).
