Director, Strategy, Policy and Impact
Beth has held executive and senior leadership roles in social services, with expertise in strategy, policy, knowledge translation, practice development and systems reform. She has led organisational and sector-wide change, established research and evaluation functions and has supported workforce capability across a broad range of sectors, with a specific focus on family violence prevention and response, intersectional practice and lived experience workforce development.
Beth is passionate about bringing together evidence, lived experience perspectives and strong partnerships to support lasting social and systems change.
