Helen Bolton is the CEO of Respect Victoria, with 30 years’ experience in senior leadership across government and the not-for-profit sector. She has built her career towards addressing the causes and impacts of family and sexual violence and gender inequality. In joining Respect Victoria, Helen is passionate to lead and drive the prevention of gendered violence. She has contributed to significant reform, including presenting to royal commissions and shaping government policy and has served on numerous governance bodies and committees within community, justice and human rights environments.
