In engaging with Respect Victoria’s social media channels, all users and participants agree to behave in a respectful manner towards Respect Victoria, our team, collaborators and campaign talent, and other community members.
Respect Victoria maintains the right to hide or remove posts deemed to be:
- abusive, racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, discriminatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful/inciting hate and/or violence, threatening, defamatory, containing profanity
- fraudulent, deceptive, or dangerously misleading
- comments that diminish or minimise another person’s experience of violence
- advertisements of commercial products, services, or events
- comments detailing distressing accounts of suicide, self-harm, violence, or sexual abuse or any content that could trigger post-traumatic stress (PTS) and/or acute distress for other followers.
Respect Victoria reserves the right to remove comments that violate our terms of use and block users who breach them.
Respect Victoria is in no manner responsible for content posted by others. We:
- do not endorse any opinions expressed by users on our campaign advertising
- do not have an obligation to respond to any particular post.
