Transparency during the recruitment process is important to us. The standard process for candidates is:

Director of Strategy, Policy and Impact
The Director of Strategy, Policy and Impact (SPI) is responsible for the strategic outcomes of RV's policy, coordination, evaluation, research, evidence development and effective practice at a statewide level, including the Ballarat Community Saturation Model, Respect Ballarat.
Your detailed understanding and commitment to the prevention of gendered violence and your strong leadership skills will drive success by supporting teams to deliver outcomes, partnering with key stakeholders, building evidence and maintaining strong relationships.
You demonstrate confidence in liaising with ministerial offices, government departments and agencies, academics, community groups, peak bodies, local government, and a range of specialist violence prevention organisations.
