Project Manager, Ballarat Community Saturation Model
Are you:
- An accomplished project manager of complex, community change projects with experience delivering outcomes using an iterative design/test/learn approach?
- Energised by coordinating and motivating a cross-functional team to achieve project milestones on time and to a high quality?
- Committed to expanding what we know about effective, intersectional approaches to primary prevention of family violence and violence against women?
The Project Manager will coordinate the implementation of the Ballarat Community Saturation Model (BCSM) initiative, aimed at delivering long term systemic change in the prevention of violence against women and family violence in Ballarat. Reporting to the Manager, Prevention Coordination, the role is responsible for the development and coordination of workplans across the cross-functional team, utilising a project management platform to plan, monitor and report on progress.
