Recruitment process

Transparency during the recruitment process is important to us. The standard process for candidates is:

  1. Submit an application. 
    • Unsuccessful candidates are advised. 
  2. Receive an interview invitation and attend the interview. 
    • Unsuccessful candidates are advised. 
  3. Provide your references and complete a police check.
  4. Discuss salary and commencement date with your hiring manager. 
  5. Receive a verbal offer of your position. 
  6. Receive a written offer of your position. 
  7. Submit your onboarding documents. 
  8. Commence employment!

Manager, Prevention Coordination

Are you: 

  • An experienced project manager of community change projects with experience delivering strong outcomes using an iterative approach? 
  • A collaborative leader, able to inspire a team of direct and indirect reports and actively engage with stakeholders for a shared outcome?
  • Energised by a co-design, place-based, and partnering environment and able to influence and effect continuous change and adaptation to the broader political, organisational and demographic landscape?

Senior Advisor, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
