To do this we need the very best people. People who share our belief in community and who want to apply their capabilities and experience to make a difference.

Diversity and inclusion

Respect Victoria recognises strength in diversity and values an inclusive workplace and are committed to providing flexible and accessible working arrangements for all.

We actively encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with a disability, culturally, religiously and linguistically diverse people, young people, older people, women, and gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and gender diverse, intersex or queer people.

If you are interested in one of our roles, but unsure how your experiences might fit, please contact us for a discussion.
